Terms of Use

You must be 13 or older to use StudyPlanet. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms for you.

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password private, and don't share your account. Each account is for one student. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at arnoldhnguyen34@gmail.com if you think someone else is using it.

The free trial lasts 7 days and includes one full-length practice test. It needs no card, and it never turns into a paid plan on its own: when it ends, your access ends unless you choose to buy a plan.

• Prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout, in US dollars.
• Monthly plans renew and charge your card each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; canceling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• 3-month and 1-year plans are a single payment. They never renew, and they simply end when the term is over.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you've answered fewer than 10% of the questions in your plan and haven't started a full-length practice test. After that, or once you've used more, purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. To request a refund, email arnoldhnguyen34@gmail.com.

Score estimates are estimates, shown as ranges. StudyPlanet does not guarantee any score or result on the SAT or any other test. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, StudyPlanet.

Our questions, explanations, practice tests and the rest of the service are written by the StudyPlanet team and belong to StudyPlanet. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own studying while you have access. Please don't copy, share, sell or publish them.

When you use StudyPlanet, don't:

• share your account or sell access to it;
• scrape, download in bulk, or copy our questions or explanations;
• try to get around access limits, break security, or disrupt the service;
• use StudyPlanet for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You can stop using StudyPlanet at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing arnoldhnguyen34@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

We work hard to keep StudyPlanet accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't make other promises about the service, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about StudyPlanet is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and we'll email you before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using StudyPlanet after a change, the new terms apply.
